Representative accomplishments in
Municipal processing include:
1. Drafted PD Design Guidelines
for approximately 30,000 acres of Property in Aurora, adopted
by City as the controlling zoning ordinance.
2. Annexed and zoned over 30 square
miles of property in Colorado Springs for a single project
(the largest in Colorado), including completion of over
200 separate zoning approvals.
3. Successfully negotiated an Intergovernmental
Agreement establishing growth boundaries for Central City,
Black Hawk and Gilpin County, Colorado; one of the first
of its kind in the state.
4. Represented landowners in a
re-zoning of 7,000 acres in Aurora.
5. Directed annexation negotiations
for over 900 acres of property into Greenwood Village.
